As per the common wisdom, MBA (Masters of Business Administration) offers a post graduate degree. The significance associated with MBA is tremendous in today’s world. Factors like globalization, liberalization and privatization have resulted into growing business and communication. This has also led to more and more companies looking for world class knowledgeable managers who have full hands on experience, before they enter an organization. Primary reason being companies do not want to spend their precious time on training individuals. They want managers who can contribute to the organization directly from day one.
