Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA) is one of the India’s most prestigious management colleges. It’s unique because of the course it offers. One of the very few colleges which offer course in Rural Management, it attracts horde of students every year. It has invited applications for Post Graduate Programme in Rural Management (PRM 2009-2011) and Fellow Programme in Rural Management (FPRM 2009).
Eligibility for Post Graduate Programme in Rural Management is Graduation in any discipline with 50 per cent (45 per cent for SC/ST/PWD) aggregate marks. Its open for Indian students only.
For Fellow Programme eligibility criteria are Graduation in any discipline or 4-year/ 5-year professional graduation degree. Advantage with this program is Every FPRM participant will get to receive a fellowship of Rs 10,000 per month as well as contingency grant of Rs 20,000 per year for a period of four years.
Written test will be held on November 09, 2008 (Sunday: 9.15 am - 12.15 pm) at 27 different Centres across India. Written test will be followed by group discussion and personal interview. However FPRM aspirants are required to present research proposal apart from written test and Group discussion.
